Bay Restaurant in Edmonton

We were able to have my watch fixed in this store. There is nothing worse than not to have a functioning watch.on.holidsys.

Good store but it lacks the variety and stock as compared to the bay in larger cities.

Great department store, just few staff available to help out but when they are there they are super helpful. Prices are good and you can get everything you need for your home. Will be back again soon.

Be wary of the old hag working there. A nasty old woman with a terrible attitude. Obviously one rotten retail associate shouldn't spoil the store, and there are many nice people who work there but it sours the experience.

I was shopping there for a suit for my son, we couldn't find his size, and couldn't find any assistance at all. I bought him $600 suit that day but in a different store. Very disappointed with The Bay.

Shopping from Hudson bay is always fun. You get so many brands to choose from and better deals. I prefer to visit the bay instead of brand store just for that reason

Staff shortage appears to be an issue. No one was working in the intimate apparel department, I had to find someone over in housewares to open up a change room since all the rooms were locked (she was incredibly sweet and apologetic which is literally the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1). The first 3 doors she tried were either filled with boxes or the doors were broken. All in all, I spent about 20-30 minutes in that part of the store and and no point did I come across anyone working in that area. I haven't been to the Bay in several years and after that experience, see no need to waste my time there again.

Some friendly staff some unfriendly staff, women's sport area has Xs, S, L and XL. Had a hard time finding something that fits

Pricey clothes if you want brand stuff for a better deal try winners. That being said great styles are offered.

I was able to use reserve and curbside pickup through their website which has actual up-to-date inventory. I ordered a new jacket using the website's size recommendations and the order was ready so quickly I was able to go and pick it up before the store was even open! It was a perfect fit. There is a designated parking stall on the upper level for their curbside pickup. Also, the lady who brought out my order was very friendly and made sure I knew what to expect with the pickup process.

I like this place as I'm furnishing a new condo and they work well with me on that. I got a credit card and a rewards card from them which definitely helps my spending! Vast choice of items. Friday is a bay day so good time to shop! On line shopping available also

Great service since I've been going here. Much better than South. Have had no issues thus far with this location.Had an easy exchange not too long ago.Love the make up counters, they are always helpful in selection & what's new (with informative details on why the product is good)

High end store. Great thing is if you go at the right time you can get a good deal. Pretty much the only place you will need to go to if you need to furnish your whole place and get a new wardrobe. I like how they have a watch repair shop as well. Obviously things can get expensive there but they sell quality products. Staff is decent

I came to pick up new shoes and ended up buying two pairs because they were on sale. I've worn the same shoes for nearly ten years and I hope they never stop carrying them.The lady in men's shoes was awesome and I was happy with everything.

Good deals to be had here. I just went to sample the Boxing Day dedos and wasn’t disappointed! A good selection of quality goods means that there is more here than other stores.

Pathetic department manager, rude and ignorant! Threatened to call security cause he thought i was raising my voice at him. I had a cold and generally a deep voice! I took my return to St Albert location without ANY hassles. He's a Whiny millenial crybaby , that can't even return Levi's

Refused to sell me a Jacket that was on a manikin which was my correct size even though that would be changed tomorrow. Three others on the shelf that were not my size and wouldn't sell me the product. Asked Ted the sales guy if I could speak to a manager and discuss but was told all they could do was order me one online. Ridiculous policy turning away sales so I handed my other items back and refused to buy anything. Great way to LOSE business.

The Bay has been a nightmare to deal with during the COVID-19 shutdown. I tried to order online. In a single order, I had:Items missing from partial shipmentsItems shipped that didn't match the orderParcels that were never deliveredA customer service number that only ever rings busyNo satisfactory email response. I will never set foot in a Bay store again.

Ughh.. I stopped in because they had a sale on jewelry, but at the counter the staff were busy. So busy I was not even acknowledged, despite stand around and actively looking for something to buy. They did not have enough staff. I actually left the store and came back about 15-20 minutes later...and still nothing. So I left and went to a smaller jewelry store in the Mall. Not a very good experience.

I like this Hudson's Bay. It sells good items. I buy my clothes here sometimes.

We repaired a watch for my mother and she was delighted with the new battery and tightened and comfortable wrist band after Isaac (the repair person) did the work. Reasonable prices also.

Ordered online as this store has sold me returned products different sizes. It was a nightmare. Joseph could not would not provide simple tracking numbers or order numbers. There are no supervisors as Joseph explained "We are not allowed to put callers through to supervisors" He also explained " I am not really trained yet" Great. It is one thing if a store cannot seem to sell proper purchases but this really is just not appropriate. I will take my business to more reputable stores where Reps in store and on telephone are actually trained.

Great service from a woman in the men's shoe department. Unfortunately the worst service ever fron the ladies intimate apparel department. The woman working or NOT working there was cold, inattentive and had not plan to help even when you asked questions. She didn't come to the fitting room to check how you were doing and if you needed anything so you were left the get fully dressed and go look for anything you might need.Worst ever!
